Warranty Coverage
All Valordek vinyl products are approved for use on decks over living spaces, patios, and balconies.

Important: Warranties are only valid when the product has been installed by a certified installer using Valordek-approved adhesives and system components.
Terms and Conditions
What's Covered:
- Manufacturing defects that cause leaks
- Waterproofing integrity of the vinyl membrane itself
What's NOT Covered:
- Improper installation, abuse, or misuse
- Natural fading, discoloration, or wear over time
- Issues from improper sub-structure preparation (settling, warping, subfloor problems)
- Sealant failure. Sealants (such as caulking) require annual inspection and maintenance by the homeowner
- Installation workmanship. The installer is an independent contractor and Valordek warrants only the vinyl product itself
Maintenance Requirements:
- Sealant areas require annual inspection
- Regular cleaning and maintenance
- Membrane must be installed using only Valordek-approved adhesives, applied per manufacturer specifications
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, submit the issue in writing to:

Your claim must include:
- Your name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Brief description of the problem
Your installation company will have a completed warranty registration form from the time of installation. Keep your copy for your records.
