Important: Warranties are valid only when the product has been installed by a certified installer using Valordek-approved adhesives and system components.
What the warranty covers
Covered
- Manufacturing defects that cause leaks
- Waterproofing integrity of the vinyl membrane
Not covered
- Improper installation, abuse, or misuse
- Natural fading, discolouration, or wear
- Sub-structure issues such as settling, warping, or subfloor problems
- Sealant failure that requires annual homeowner maintenance
- Installation workmanship, which is the independent contractor’s liability
Keeping your warranty valid
- Inspect the sealant annually and reseal as needed.
- Clean and maintain the deck surface regularly.
- Use only Valordek-approved adhesives, per our specifications.
