Vinyl Decking Across Western Canada & the Pacific Northwest
Valordek is made in Surrey, BC and ships across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Washington — with dealers and installers in many communities. One continuous waterproof membrane, built for every climate from prairie deep-freeze to coastal rain.
Built for whatever your region throws at it
The same continuous vinyl membrane handles the full range of Western climates — because it flexes, seals completely, and doesn't absorb water.
Prairie deep-freeze
Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Grande Prairie — sustained cold past -30°C and months of snow load. The membrane stays flexible to -40°C instead of cracking.
Coastal rain
Vancouver, the Island, Seattle — eight months of wet. A continuous sheet with no seams or fasteners gives the rain nowhere to get in, and it never rots or grows moss.
Interior sun & heat
The Okanagan, Cranbrook — intense UV and 35°C-plus summers. UV-stable vinyl holds its colour and stays stable to 80°C, no annual re-stain.
Mountain four-seasons
Kootenays, northern BC — snowy winters and dry hot summers in one year. The membrane flexes through the entire swing without splitting.
Two membranes. Built for two jobs.
Valordek bonds directly to your substrate and heat-welds into one continuous waterproof surface. No board gaps, no fasteners through the surface, nothing for meltwater to find.

68mil Fuzzy-Back
The standard for residential balconies and decks over living space. Contact-adhered with heat-welded seams for a fully sealed, walkable waterproof surface.

60mil Smooth-Back
Built for rooftop and amenity decks. PVC flashing on open decks plus heat-welded seams. Class A & C fire rated and Intertek tested.

Common questions
Do you deliver to my city?
Valordek is made in Surrey, BC and ships across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Washington. Pick the closest city or region above for local detail, or contact us and we'll confirm delivery and installer options for your town.
Do you have local dealers and installers?
Yes — there are authorized dealers and installers across many of the communities we serve, and we ship product directly everywhere else. Reach out and we'll connect you with the nearest one, or supply the materials to install it yourself.
Is the same product right for every climate?
Yes. The membrane is tested from -40°C to 80°C, so the same continuous vinyl works for prairie deep-freeze, coastal rain, interior sun, and mountain four-season climates — it flexes, seals completely, and doesn't absorb water.
What does vinyl decking cost?
The membrane starts at $3.74 per square foot in Canada (about $2.75 in the US) for material. Total installed cost depends on deck size and condition. Size your project with the cost calculator, or reach out for a quote.
Does it meet building code for balconies over living space?
Yes. Decks and balconies over occupied space must be waterproofed to the CGSB 37.54 standard; Valordek's membranes carry CCMC and Intertek certification confirming they meet code 37.54.95.
